This for us includes obtaining certifications such as the M/WBE, SBE with the City and County of Denver, and the DBE under the US Department of Transportation’s Colorado Unified Certification Program (UCP) under the NAICS Code 541320 Landscape Architectural Services.

M/WBE (Minority Women-Owned Business Enterprise)

The M/WBE certification we hold allows us to bring our expertise, innovation, and creativity to government contracts within the City and County of Denver. When your firm hires a M/WBE sub-consultant, not only are you supporting a diverse market, but you in return become eligible for federal and state tax breaks. SBE (Small Business Enterprise)

We are certified as an SBE through the City and County of Denver who reserves a portion of their construction and professional design projects to be bid exclusively to those who hold this specific certification. Since we were established in 1981 we’ve brought our experience, passion, and collaborative nature to the table when it comes to Public Works, Parks and Recreation as well as Public and Environmental Health projects.

We also hold an SBE Certification through RTD. The RTD SBE Certification program is a Federally funded program and was established to create an equal opportunity for all Small Businesses in the State of Colorado. Since we hold this certification, we now have fewer barriers and more tools to assist with your next RTD project.

USDOT DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise)

We are certified with Denver-RTD and the City and County of Denver DSBO. This certification enhances our ability to participate in a range of projects and initiatives, giving us the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development and execution of various urban and environmental projects.

DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise)

We can assist in obtaining your next CDOT project that may require a mandatory percentage to be completed by a DBE certified sub-consultant. Prime contractors utilizing a DBE sub can take advantage of financial incentives while working on upcoming projects. DBE subs can also increase your consultant contract by up to four points as well.
